A Card-Driven Worker-Placement Strategy Game

The year is 1378. Europe is on the verge of chaos. The Emperor is dead and storm clouds gather over the Holy Roman Empire. Ambitious princes across Germany and Italy plot to seize power for themselves. At stake is the fate of Europe for centuries to come.

In Grey Eminence: Heart of Europe you relive the epic struggle for power in late-Medieval Central Europe. You take control of a country within the Holy Roman Empire, sending your emissaries to provinces across Central Europe on missions of diplomacy, intrigue, military, development and religion. The path to victory will look different every time – but it will always require strategic cunning, timely betrayals and at least a little bit of bloodshed.
